With Mail Rocket, you can schedule campaigns in advance.
Schedule campaign is a Mail Rocket Premium feature.
Go to extensions -> Mail Rocket: Mail Merge For Gmail -> Create Mail Merge
Click on the checkbox to enable "Schedule campaign".
Select the date and time and click "Schedule Send".
