### How to upgrade to Mail Rocket Premium?

* Go to **extensions -> Mail Rocket: Mail Merge For Gmail -> Create Mail Merge**

### Why is my email quota 500 instead of 2000 emails per day?

Mail Rocket Premium lets you send up to 2000 emails per day. But this depends on your Google account type.

In order to safeguard against spam and maintain account security, Gmail limits the number of emails you can send per day as follows:

* **Google Workspace** (formerly G Suite) accounts are limited to **2000 recipients** per day.
* Regular **Gmail accounts** (@gmail.com) are limited to **500 recipients** per day.

Mail Rocket Premium allows users to send personalized emails within these Gmail-enforced limits.

### How to cancel my subscription?

* Go to **extensions -> Mail Rocket: Mail Merge For Gmail -> Manage Account**

* Under manage subscription, Click on the "**CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION**" button as shown in the screenshot below.

### How to update payment method?

* Go to **extensions -> Mail Rocket: Mail Merge For Gmail -> Manage Account**

* Under manage subscription, Click on the "**UPDATE PAYMENT METHOD**" button as shown in the screenshot below.

### How to transfer subscription to a different email address?

To transfer your Mail Rocket Premium subscription to another email address, follow these steps:

1. Go to support page -> [<mark style="color:purple;">Contact & Support</mark>](https://mailrocket.io/support)
2. Fill in the support form and let us know your current email address and the one you would like to use instead. We will manually transfer the subscription.
